Baked Salmon with Hoisin Sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon peanut oil
2 to 4 Salmon
Mix sauces and oil together. Spread sauce mixture on top of clean salmon. Baked for 12 minutes on 400 °F oven.
Yield: 2 to 4 Servings
